Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Processing time may extend to up to 5 business days during holiday sales, flash promotions and weekends. We do not dispatch parcels on weekends or official public holidays.

2. Shipping Coverage

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries and regions, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, all EU member states and Southeast Asia.

Countries with international shipping restrictions will be automatically blocked at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • US Domestic Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • Canada / UK / Australia: 10–20 business days
  • European Union Countries: 12–25 business days
  • Other Global Regions: 15–35 business days

    Delivery delays caused by customs inspections, carrier backlogs, local postal service breakdowns or public emergencies are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Threshold

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on product weight, package dimensions and destination country.

Free standard worldwide shipping is available for all orders with a subtotal over $75 USD (before tax and coupon discounts).

Expedited express shipping service can be selected for an additional flat rate for customers who require faster delivery.

5. Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Clearance Fees

All international buyers are fully responsible for all local customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees and customs clearance charges incurred when the parcel arrives in your country.

We cannot cover these fees and are unable to predict duty amounts, as customs regulations vary widely across different territories.

6. Package Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a unique tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to synchronize and update on the official carrier website.

7. Lost, Stolen & Damaged Parcels

  1. Lost shipments: Submit a support request within 15 business days after dispatch for carrier trace investigation. If the logistics provider confirms permanent loss, we will provide a full refund or free re-delivery of your order.
  2. Stolen packages: We accept no liability for parcels marked "delivered" by the carrier but stolen from your residential address. Signature confirmation delivery is recommended for high-value orders.
  3. Damaged goods on arrival: Send clear photos of damaged outer packaging and defective products to our support team within 7 calendar days after receiving the package to apply for replacement or partial refund.

8. Undeliverable Returned Parcels

If your package is returned to our warehouse due to invalid shipping address, unclaimed delivery or refused customs clearance, you will be required to pay a new shipping fee for re-delivery. The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
